Santa Slays All
A downloadable game for Windows
This game was made in around 3 hours for Trijam #301!
The assets I used for the ground and houses are not high poly enough to work properly with the shaders I have to mimic affine textures and vertex snapping, ironically. I tried subdividing them in blender but I didn't have time to try more than once, and it didn't make much of a difference.
Introduction
You are walking home on Holiday Eve when you find yourself face to face with a strange man in a familiar suit covered in what you hope is ketchup.
In your distress, you find it hard to tell apart one house from another. Try your best to find yours and fast! Who knows what this man is capable of.

Some of the art was found here on itch:
The rest are assets I own on Fab:
The brick wall surrounding the small town, I made myself.

Music is from Epidemic Sound.
Additional Builds
I put this project together using the latest version of Unreal Engine 5.5.1. At the time of writing it does not currently have support for cross-platform builds, for some reason. As soon as an updated clang SDK and mobile support is added I will be compiling additional builds. So if you are interested in playing and cannot play on Windows, please check back soon!

you know, all the house do look the same, i can see why the player would not know where they live. 😶
Haha yea, it is meant to symbolize the character's fear taking hold and them not thinking rationally. Really, it's because the assets I chose to use only had 1 non-modular home and I only had 3 hours to make the game :)
